underwhelming stay
vegetarian options loud music
the in-room dining experience disappointed me. i tried to order the protein bowl, one of few vegetarian options, but the chef said they ran out of ingredients at 9 pm. it felt quite disorganized. also, the loud music from the pool started early and continued until late, disturbing..

the room was clean the service was acceptable
the check-in process was difficult reception staff did not provide the ocean view room i booked they asked for more money for a different room the noise from the poolside music was constant from morning until night

The room had a nice view of the sea. Housekeeping kept the room super clean . The hotel offered a shuttle service to the mall.
The breakfast area felt chaotic. It took too long to get a coffee one morning. I asked multiple staff members.

warm greeting calming scent personalized greeting
the staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my luggage upon arrival. the reception area had a pleasant, calming scent. i found refreshments at the reception, a welcome touch. the room featured dimmed lighting and soft music playing, alongside a personalized greeting on the tv screen. everything sparkled.

angelicka greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to the pool area. yassine, the pool attendant, anticipated my needs, ensuring i had drinks. maruf at the bar provided quick service even when busy.

three pools catered to everyone, one for adults, one for families, and a toddler pool. lifeguards ensured children's safety at the pools. there was a children's playroom with an entertainer. beach volleyball, basketball, and billiards.

breakfast featured a varied selection, while main courses were ordered à la carte. salads, fruit, and pastries were presented buffet-style with beautiful artistic touches. a children's menu ensured younger guests had appealing options too.
