the staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my luggage upon arrival. the reception area had a pleasant, calming scent. i found refreshments at the reception, a welcome touch. the room featured dimmed lighting and soft music playing, alongside a personalized greeting on the tv screen. everything sparkled.

I found the need to constantly seek out service a bit taxing. ordering a simple drink at the pool required considerable patience. It often took 30 to 45 minutes to get someone's attention. i wish there were more staff readily available.
