The room had a nice view of the sea. Housekeeping kept the room super clean . The hotel offered a shuttle service to the mall.

the staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my luggage upon arrival. the reception area had a pleasant, calming scent. i found refreshments at the reception, a welcome touch. the room featured dimmed lighting and soft music playing, alongside a personalized greeting on the tv screen. everything sparkled.
I found the need to constantly seek out service a bit taxing. ordering a simple drink at the pool required considerable patience. It often took 30 to 45 minutes to get someone's attention. i wish there were more staff readily available.

angelicka greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to the pool area, making me feel welcome. yassine, the pool attendant, anticipated my needs, ensuring i had drinks. maruf at the bar provided quick service even when busy.

three pools catered to everyone: one for adults, one for families, and a toddler pool. lifeguards ensured children's safety at the pools. there was a children's playroom with an entertainer, plus beach volleyball, basketball, and billiards.
